We get involved in many areas that involve giving back to our communities and championing young people. Ben is a mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation, and he is also a Business Adviser for a team of young people working on a business project through Young Enterprise Scotland. By supporting the work of these organisations and working directly with young people, Ben aims to pass on experience and encourage young people to achieve their potential and help them with accessing opportunities in education or work.

Practice Manager, Michelle Macdonald was a Board Member for Wishaw Housing Association. She attended monthly meetings, spending time to help local people continue to make improvements for Wishaw – something Michelle was passionate about since moving to the area.

Working with communities and giving back is important for us. We are committed to helping to widen the access to education and throughout the year we have client and staff activities that donate to the local charities that we support as a company or individually and to the charities supported by the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation.
